Job Description
We are looking for a self-driven accounts assistant with a basic understanding of financial principles and terms who is ready for an immersive, real-world experience. The ideal candidate should be a motivated team player who can maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Entering customers and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Data entry work in excel and maintain them accordingly.
- Must be good Knowledge About debit & credit entries.
- Completing bank reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Deadline oriented and has strong reporting skills
- Must be proficient with MS Office especially Excel.
- Data entry management and general math skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Able to interact efficiently and effectively.
- Must be fluent in Oral & Verbal English Communication
