Job description
· Organize a filing system for important andconfidential company documents.
· Develop admin processes, procedures andchecklists as needed.
· Book meeting rooms as required.
· Prepare reports and presentations withstatistical data, as assigned.
· Schedule in-house and external events.
· Sending out and receiving mail and packages,sending emails, managing documents and files, sending and receiving documentsfor the company.
· Specifications
Education andExperience:
· Proven work experience as an AdministrativeExecutive.
· Experience with office management software likeMS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
· Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
· A high school diploma; additional qualificationsin Office Administration are a plus.
Salary is up to 30K -40k depending upon your experience, apart fromthat we give handsome corporate benefits such as,
