Job Description and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, professional ethics, and work manners with the team.
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning admin tasks and expediting work results.
Ensure the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations.
Supports the team by performing tasks related to the organization.
Coordination with administrative vendors, inspection, and scrutiny of bills.
Any other task assigned by the management/supervisor.
Requirements:
Any bachelor's degree.
Prior experience in customer service, Sales Representative, Administration, or relevant position.
Must know how to use office machinery like a printer.
Must have computer knowledge (MS Office)
Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Problem-solving ability with analytical skills.
Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
