Job Duties& Responsibilities:
1.Providesadministrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
2.Liaisewith executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queriesfrom senior managers.
3.Assist inthe preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
4.Knowledgeof office management systems, procedures and professional ethics, work mannerwith team.
5.Completesoperational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projectsand expediting work results.
6.Exhibitspolite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
7.Supportsteam by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
