Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing clients with information, and working closely with our teams to ensure efficient operations. The administrative assistant will be an integral part of our team and must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming call in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our services.
  • Manage and maintain records and files, both electronic and paper-based
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and processing paperwork.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
