Job Description
- Understand Customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
- Supervise sale and representatives, assistants and also conduct their training
- Answer potential customer questions and follow up questions
- Work with sales teams when closing sales
- Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
