Job Description

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Execute overall plant operations and Admin related activities.
• Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the Plant.
• Ensure all aspects relating to the smooth functioning of store, production management, staff management, compliance and providing appropriate constructive feedback regarding their performance.
• Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staff & the top management of the company.
