Job Description

Wolfpack Communications is looking for talented and experienced Call Center Agents for their outbound and Inbound Campaign. An ideal candidate would have good English fluency and the ability to carry out a conversation with a target-oriented approach. Experienced agents for our US-based Telecom campaign. People who have worked as a Tele-sales Executive for Charter Spectrum, DirecTV, AT&T are more than welcome to apply. We need only top-notch performers, we will make sure to pay them lucrative salaries.  Along with salary, the candidate will be able to make uncapped commissions with daily, weekly & monthly bonuses. This is a target-based job & you will be able to make more than 100k/month.

  • The candidate should be hard-working, self-motivated, and a good team player.
  • Charter Spectrum, DirecTV, AT&T, or other Satellite/Cable/Internet service provider experience is preferable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to provide information about the product’s features, prices, etc., and present their benefits to the customers.
  • Able to ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  •  Comprehensive Product/Sales oriented training will be provided.
  •  Flexible to work night shifts on permanent basis i.e. 08:00pm -05:00am (Mon-Fri)


  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
  • Lead generation, rapport building, and closing skills.
