Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled billing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of our customers, resolving any billing discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service. The billing specialist will be an integral part of our team and must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for our customers.
• Ensure billing accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Maintain customer billing records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to billing.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of billing information.
• Follow up with customers regarding payment status and overdue payments.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred,
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar billing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
