Responsibilities:
• To build client relationship
• To achieve assigned personal and branch sales targets through the Sales team
• To lead the business development team to generate potential business leads
• To contact potential clients via calls, emails, and arranged
• To train the business development staff
• To sell financial services to create new business
• To conduct business meetings with potential clients
• To Monitor and control Branch expenses improving operational sustainability
• Monitoring of Branch upkeep to enhance Client experience
• Establishing strategies to expand the customer base
• Responsible for; all branch issues related to administrative matters, daily attendance of all staff & personnel policies and procedures
Competencies Required:
• Have passion of sales.
• Strong analytical negotiation skills.
• Excellent with numbers and figures.
• Extrovert and excellent people management skills.
• Good writing, drafting and presentation skills.
• Reasonably good in written and spoken English
