Job Description

We are a company providing IT services and solutions with 18+ partnerships (e. g., Microsoft, Quest, VMware, ManageEngine, etc.). The services we provide include advice, consulting, sales, implementation, training, and support.

We are looking for an effective and reliable Business Development Associate (FEMALE preferred) to join our organization remotely to help drive our sales, generate leads, promote our business, grow the business, and support operations. You will have to wear multiple hats and be willing to adapt to the organization dynamically.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•Must be honest, reliable, trustworthy, curious, organized, detail-oriented, quick learner, and an effective multi-tasker

•Excellent English skills and good accent

•Excellent interpersonal skills

•Strong problem-solving skills

•Strong customer service skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

•Ability to work independently with little supervision

•Must be able to work well under pressure, particularly when facing deadlines

•Good IT knowledge (not expert level but for sales)

•Good sales skills

•Know how to use Office 365

•Knowledge of and ability to leverage social media to market company’s offerings

Education and Experience

We prefer someone with a Master’s degree and two years working in a similar position.

Work Environment

•Full-time remote job

Hence, a professional desktop or laptop and good internet connection must be allocated to work.

•8 hours per day (Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday & Saturday)

•Working in +1 time GMT (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a break between 12 PM to 1 PM)

Salary

 It depends on a range of factors with a possible bonus based on performance and generated leads and/or sales.
