Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including online platforms, social media, networking events, and other relevant channels.
Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition analysis.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the freelancing industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates to freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork.
Requirements:
**Currently working or have previously worked in a Software house**
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the freelancing industry.
Strong understanding of the freelancing industry and the use of popular freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive business growth. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
