• Research and identify potential clients and markets in the freelancing niche.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including online platforms, social media, networking events, and other relevant channels.
• Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition analysis.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the freelancing industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates to freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork.

Requirements:

**Currently working or have previously worked in a Software house**

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the freelancing industry.
• Strong understanding of the freelancing industry and the use of popular freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive business growth. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
