We are looking for talented & experienced call center agents and Verifiers just like you to join us as " Customer Sales Specialists and Sales Closers on the live transfers program.

Role Summary:

• As a senior call center agent, you will be taking sales and escalation calls from our customer support/sales agents & professionally verifying customers' details & answering their queries.
• You will be closing these sales calls of pre-qualified customers and transferring their calls to our client's team in the USA.
• You will be provided with the necessary support, training, and resources to be successful in your new role. You should perform your role professionally and in a disciplined manner to meet your KPIs & rapidly grow in this role.

Key Requirements:

• You must have a minimum of 6 MONTHS of experience on any of the call center campaigns/projects i.e. Final Expense Insurance or Medicare Health Insurance.
• Previous experience on call verification/closing will be preferred & offered as per expertise.
• You must be punctual, hard-working, disciplined & self-motivated with abilities to complete given tasks on time.
• You are the finest individual with profound verbal communication skills.
• You have the desire to learn, develop, and achieve the highest standards.
• You must be a target-oriented and highly motivated person.
• You must be available to work full-time in USA business hours i.e. Night Shifts.
