Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. The ideal candidate will have exceptional spoken English skills and a strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information to customers and resolve any issues or complaints
- Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English skills with clear and articulate pronunciation
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries with tact and professionalism
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications
Qualifications:
- O Level / A Level or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service, call center or related field preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as a team player

- We will be mostly dealing with US & CA based client, so duty timing will be PK night.
