Job Description: 

• Make Outbound B2C calls to promote our services.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customer base while building new client pipeline.
• Ensure timely customer follow-up.
• Handle customer needs and requirements.
• Maintain a level of service through dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
• Ability to achieve monthly outbound calls targets.
• Ability to convert cold/raw leads into warm leads and schedule their calls with the sales team

Experience & Skills:

• Atleast 1-year working experience in call centers.
• Must have basic knowledge of websites.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Must be a Intermediate/graduate 

Call center agent 20k to 30k + target commission

Timing : 6pm to 12am
