Job Description

We require a confident and well-spoken lady with good communication skills in English andUrdu (spoken and written) for the post of Client Service Manager for its commercial division in our DHA-Lahore office.

Candidates with decent and pleasant personality with strong marketing skills will be given preference.

The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting a designated portfolio of clients. She will be working closely with the partners as a senior management team. Ideally, the successful candidate will be qualified MBA/BBA/BA/Bachelor-English literature.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Candidates must have good listening power and be proficient in English

Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.

Ability to make data-driven decisions.

Planning and Executing Marketing Strategies

Serving as a bridge between agency and client.

Update and keep track of all quires and provide proactive support at all means.

Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Must be independent, self-motivated, show initiative, and has a strong sense of responsibility.

Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Creating positive on boarding experience for new clients.

Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, orf-to-f meetings.
