Job Title: Call Center Agent (CSR)
Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent (CSR) to join our team at a US-based call centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Update customer information in the database and maintain accurate records.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with other team members to improve processes and customer experience.
Complete administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3- 6 months previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
