Job Description:
As a customer representative, you are in charge of answering customer calls,listening to their concerns and solving problems. Handle both inbound andoutbound phone conversations with clients. Build sustainable relationships andengage customers by taking the extra mile. Seize opportunities to upsellservices when they arise.
Working Hours:
Night Shift – 20:00hrs to 04:00hrs, Weekends off
