Job duties& responsibility
1.PublicRelationship Officers build connections on behalf of the company.
2.You maycall existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, network within thecommunity to identify prospective customers and contribute to theorganization’s marketing.
3.Gettingreasonable compensation for the clients from at-faulty party insurancecompanies.
4.Ensuringthe timely response to the concerns of all the parties involved with the helpof relevant information.
5.Maintainthe verbal / telephonic and written correspondence with the at faulty partyinsurance.
6.preparingInvoice for the service provided to the Client and make sure for invoicerecovery on time.
7.Resolvingthe disputes or issue in the process of settlement of invoice.
8.Effectivelyconvincing the acquired training and knowledge to the junior colleague.
