Job Description

Benchmark is an architectural firm looking for competent CSR who will be responsible to manage operations of architectural nature.

  • Build sustainable relationships, interactive communication and trust with customer.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right system
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve customer complaints via, email, or social media
  • Act as the company mediator
  • Providing day to day reports to operations and management Departments


  • Bachelors Degree in any good Discipline.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Able to deal with Foreign Clients
  • Ability to type/chat in English without any error
  • Good Managing Skills
  • Ability to complete tasks in time
  • Manage day to day flow of operations with team
  • Hourly Reporting
  • Salary Range: Market Competitive
