VERTEX Inc. is looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A Customer Sales Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and set appointments for our team in the USA.

Responsibilities:
* Generate leads.
* Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
* Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
* Follow call center scripts, communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Skills:
* Proven CSR experience or Fresh
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency with computers
