Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated andcustomer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer ServiceRepresentative. This individual will be responsible for providing excellentcustomer service and technical support to our clients and customers.
Essential Duties andTasks:
• Provide excellent customer service and technicalsupport to clients and customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues in atimely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues withthe services.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriatedepartment or team member for further assistance
• Document and track customer interactions andissues as per company policies
• Gather customer feedback and provide suggestionsfor improvements to products and services
• Participate in ongoing training and developmentto stay informed about new products and services
• Collaborate with other departments within thecompany to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metricsand goals
Required Skills:
• Strong customer service and technical supportskills
• Excellent English communication andproblem-solving skills
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
• Experience with SAP and other software like CRMis a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-orientedenvironment
