Job Description

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Customer orientation and ability to handle a large volume of calls

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

- Handling sales Leads

- Hand-on knowledge of MSOffice tools like Excel, Word, etc

- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media

- Ability to manage social media tasks

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling

- Prepare product or service reports by collecting analyzing customer information
