We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for processing and investigating insurance claims relating to customers' policies.
- This will involve working with the policyholder, colleagues and other professionals to ensure that the claim is valid.
- The role of a claims handler is to process a customer's or client's insurance claim.
- Preparation, approvals and monitoring of Credit hire agreements.
- Coordination with Third-party insurances and Solicitors.
- Client servicing during ongoing hires.
- Monitoring agreement terminations and hire closings.
- Preparation of invoices for third party insurances.
- Payment follow-ups with third party insurances.
- Preparation of strong allegation cases.
- Appointment of new Solicitors on Bad debt cases.
- Appointment of Solicitors on Litigation cases for court proceedings.
- Fleet monitoring and servicing.
- Training and monitoring of team members and newcomers
