Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated andcustomer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer serviceand technical support to our clients and customers.

Essential Duties andTasks:

                    Provide excellent customer service and technicalsupport to clients and customers via phone, email, and live chat

                    Respond to customer inquiries and issues in atimely and efficient manner

                    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues withthe services.

                    Escalate complex issues to the appropriatedepartment or team member for further assistance

                    Document and track customer interactions andissues as per company policies

                    Gather customer feedback and provide suggestionsfor improvements to products and services

                    Participate in ongoing training and developmentto stay informed about new products and services

                    Collaborate with other departments within thecompany to ensure a seamless customer experience

                    Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metricsand goals

Required Skills:

                    Strong customer service and technical supportskills

                    Excellent English communication andproblem-solving skills

                    Strong ability to multitask and prioritize

                    Experience with SAP and other software like CRMis a plus

                    Ability to work effectively in a team-orientedenvironment
