Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for our local sales department to act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Order confirmation to Clients.
  • Order placements in our database.
  • Follow-up calls with our delivery services to get the order status and inform Customers.
  • Must have ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail and have good analytical skills
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Customer support experience.
  • Fluency in spoken English, correct grammar, comprehension, Pronunciation
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively.
