Responsibilities:
• As a Customer Support Officer, you will be carrying out the following responsibilities for our company:
• Reach out to potential and existing customers to provide assistance
• Monitoring customer complaints on social media
• Informing customers about new functionalities and features
• Responding to customer queries in an accurate and timely way
• Following up with clients to make sure their issues.Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
