We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through phone calls.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing about company policies so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Have ability to respond Emails.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education requirement is graduation.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Must have computer skills
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
