Job Description

Monitor all incoming queries from customers for all inquiries on orders or for various products. Analyze all customer issues and assist to resolve all within required time frame through different mediums of communication. Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues. Manage all customer inquiries and summarize same to represented to management. Maintain knowledge on all customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure optimal utilization of all resources and resolve all issues. Maintain accuracy of all data and verify same for all customer services. Assist to compose sentence structures for all customer reports. Analyze all issues and recommend alternate solutions tonsure effective resolution. Escalate all issues to management if required. · Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. · Communicating with customers through various channels. · Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. · Keeping records of customer interactions,transactions, comments and complaints. · Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. · Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support on all the mediums.
