Title of position: Customer Support Representative

CallRiser is looking for fresh and experienced Customer Support Representative for USA based outbound campaign. Fresh and experienced candidates can also apply but prior call center experience is a plus point.

Pay range: 20,000 to 35,000 + Commissions

Shift timings: 7 PM to 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Working days: Monday to Friday

Location: Ground Floor building no 5 Block A, SMCHS, Shahrah- E-Faisal Opposite TRG Building, Behind Kababist Restaurant, Karachi

Required qualification & skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fresh to 6 months of experience in a call center environment 

• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
