Job Description

  • Handle inbound/outbound chats/emails from customers.
  • Respond to customers professionally to provide technical support or obtain details of complaints.
  • Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong persuasive skills to international clients.
  • Must possess tendency to retain pressure.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Highly organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional,motivated and energetic with strong work ethics and a positive attitude.
  • Must possess the ability to retain clients.
  • 2+ years prior experience in a customer facing role.
  • (sales/support/Customer Relationship) preferred UK based.
