 Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Proficiency in the English Language (Required written and speaking, C2 level)
• 3 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
• Minimum 5 years work experience as an IT or Engineering Manager
• Solid time-management and Leadership skills
• Working on US time zone
