Job Description
SCOPE OF JOB DUTIES:
· o Define develop and manage an efficient functional file both in hard copies and softcopies that are vital as per the function management requirements and in line with Record management guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary reporting directly to senior management
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and fluency in English conversation
- Outstanding skills of drafting, noting and recording minutes of the meetings
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficient in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Prioritizing and multitasking approach with ability to work in stress environment
- Must have the hands on experience of Microsoft Office and other similar applications
- Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the important record in hard and soft form
- Maintaining and scheduling the record of daily meetings
- Receiving and screening daily mails and incoming and outgoing calls
- Ready to perform any additional task if assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Rs 35,000.00 – Rs 50,000.00 per month
