•Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the Director room through PBX, place outgoing calls and keep records of calls placed and received.
•Receive messages and deliver the same to the concerned.
•Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the services and provide information about the institution’s services to clients.
•Maintain effective communication to ensure smooth service delivery, must be polite and courteous while answering the phone.
•Multitasking abilities, because she may be asked to do other jobs as well.
