Job Description

 

§  Develop and streamline operational efficiencies

§  Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

§  Manage payroll and direct deposits

§  Manage petty cash

§  Interact with clients to secure payments

§  Maintains files on general administration, which include invoices, accounts payable, budget and operational management.

§  Acts as an administrative liaison with clients and vendors

§  Answer incoming calls as necessary.

§

Qualification

§  Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

§  Minimum 2 years of experience as finance and admin coordinator

§  Proficient with MS-Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint)

§
