Job Description

• Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of product / business activity.
• Analyzing data collected and recording results to calculate various overhead, labor and other factor of production rates.
• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
• Working on SAP product costing-Standard & actual.
• Review product BOM and its structure and coordinate with relevant departments for correction and updating
• Executive material Cost Run in SAP, assists in month end closing activities in SAP.
• Collecting Data from Production Department for preparation of Production Reports on daily basis.
• Fixed Overhead reporting, analyze and get comments for major variations.
• Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
• Supervise plant utilities consumption reports, reconciliation with monthly bills for approval purpose
• Supervise Fixed Asset record
• Monitor Store and shop floor stock activities of high value items, participate in WIP activity at month end.
• *MicActively working with the Inventory team, other accounting managers, and accounting staff to develop and operate standard period-end closing schedules and desk procedures.
