Job Description
As a Front Desk Officer you will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- Excellent ability to work in a professional office environment
- knowledge of greeting visitors and clients in a welcoming manner
- Must have good communication skills (both written/verbal in English and Urdu) with a pleasing personality and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional ability to handle standard telephone exchanges
- Highly skilled in handling records management and file keeping work
- Minimum qualification Intermediate.
- Must have experience of atleast 1 year
