Manager Ecommerce – Job Description Business Development •Explore new platforms for collaborations in order to Push the Brand andaccelerate Sales. • Organic Marketing Channel enrichment through EmailMarketing, SMS, Push Notifications, Chat bots and WhatsApp • Development ofe-Business Alliances with other Companies and Banks to enhance the online salesand operations • Bring in ideas for website improvements and coordinating withthe design and development team to implement the improvements • Establish &initiate Email marketing, SMS marketing, influencer marketing, internationaldeliveries, payment gateways with result-based budgets. • Gather marketintelligence through research related to competitor’s activities to formulatetimely decisions. P&L • Prepare P&L and forecasting budget andresponsible for the overall achievement of E COM Targets • Accountreconciliation to be closed every month. Responsible for End-to-End E-commerceOperations • Responsible for Pre-Order Operations which include website management,product photography, content management, SEO, backend integration (stock, IPG& courier), packaging material, and partnerships. • Responsible forPost-Order Operations which cover, orders allocation, processing, stockallocation, packaging, invoicing, dispatching, payments, financialreconciliations, customer services, returns and exchanges. • Build strongrelationships with logistics and the warehouse to maximize efficiencies throughthe system & supply chain. • Manage all matters related to websitedevelopment, maintenance, product listing, SEO, photography, productcatalogues, website branding, discounts, integration (ERP, POS, IPG, courier,Market Places) • Ensure timely execution of orders, minimization of returns andbuilding scalable operations • Coordinate with couriers for payments, servicesand performances. • Manage social media agency, photoshoot teams – builtin-house strength • Social media campaign strategies & execution • Work inclose coordination with the content team to identify and publish the rightcontent for brand’s blog, website, and social media channels. • Coordinate withperformance marketing team to devise paid and unpaid strategies & campaignsto ensure consistent growth, optimize campaigns & set revenue targets.Ecommerce Department Development • Controls/SOPs/Atomization including ERPimplementations, financial controls, fraud prevention, enhanced customerexperience, reducing leakages, building stock controls. • Team building &Structuring, succession planning • Responsible for the online business growth,operational efficiency, new channels expansion and ROI optimization
