Job Description

This position is responsible for processing monthly payrolls for staff as well as a variety of HR & Accounts duties including but not limited to the following functional areas:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

2. Administration

3. Compensation & Performance Management

4. Onboarding/offboarding,

5. Accounts, Reporting, and Inventory Management

Administrative works and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of all HR policies and updating them according to system requirements.
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
  • Pre Joining, Post Joining, and employee leaving and retention processes.
  • Maintain all employee document files on a weekly and monthly basis and make sure all relevant information must be updated.
  • Need to organize all HR data on HR relevant software. (after some research work)
  • Develops and monitors the performance evaluation program; administers annually, working closely with managers to ensure successful completion.
  • Conducts recruitment and hiring for all personnel; conducts new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes.

Accounts

· Shadowing members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties.

· Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

· Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.

· Working with bookkeeping software.

· Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

· Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.

· Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
