Infinite Ideas is looking for HR Executive, who can independently carry on the recruitment process & talent acquisition, maintain and update the active roster, build strong relationships with internal clients
The Selected candidate will be responsible:
Implement performance review procedures (e.g., monthly/ quarterly/ 360° evaluations
Assist in the development of fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Manager end-to-end recruitment cycle for hiring demand.
Attract, screen, and select potential & qualified candidates based on the required skill set defined.
CV shortlisting, schedule interviews, manage correspondence & liaison with candidates and respective interviewers.
Manage communication throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
Maintaining employment records, Filling & Storing documents. Updating the records on the portal.
Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Experience of working on HR systems
Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable.
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration.
