Job Description We are looking for an efficient Human Resources expert to undertake a variety of HR responsibilities. You will facilitate daily HR function like keeping track of employees records and supporting interview process. You role also involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.  Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. Maintaining records of personnel related data in both paper and database and ensure all employment requirement are met, Assists senior in performance management procedures, Schedule meeting, interviews, HR events etc, and maintain the team’s agenda. Coordinate training sessions and seminars, perform orientation on boarding and update records with new hires, Produce and submit reports on general HR activity, Assist in ad-hoc HR projects like collection of employee feedback, Supporting other function as assigned.
