Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources within our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the HR department, implementing effective HR policies and procedures, recruiting and retaining top talent, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and administer performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and career development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and claims resolution.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring data privacy and confident.
