Job Title: HR & Payroll Officer
•Good knowledge of HR and Payroll functions, specially payroll operations.
•Maintain Daily/monthly attendance reports, Use of HRM Software including making changes into the system and updating the data as and when required.
•Induction of new employees in HRM Software as well as biometric attendance machine.
•Responsible for HRM system and database backup on daily basis.
•Responsible for salaries, deductions and corrections etc.
•Keep and maintain all records of employee hiring, leaves, transfers, appraisals, promotions, advances, loans and resignations.
•Receive employee complaints and act accordingly to resolve them with the help of employees manage/supervisor.
•Maintain Employees documentation, Training forms etc in HRMS.
•Assist in end to end payroll operations.
