• Proven Ability to Develop & Implement Technical Employee training programs.

• Expert in Hiring, Interview Scheduling & Applicant Tracking System.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on Job Descriptions & Postings.

• Manage Employee onboarding & offboarding processes.

• Stay up-to-date with Emerging trends & Best Practices in HR & Tech Industry.

• Provide Guidance & Support to Employees & Management on HR-related matters, including Performance Management, Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution.

• Maintain Talent Pipeline through Relationships with Universities & Talent sources....
