Job ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will be to:
Supervise a team of quality inspectors and oversee their performance through Key Performance Indicators;
Act as a trainer and coach, provide technical support and guidance to inspectors and conduct performance evaluations and on-site audits;
Train product inspectors to identify any possible loopholes in our service quality and those protocols are fully aligned to clients’ requirements;
Propose solutions to improve standards of service to prevent internal issues that may impact inspectors’ work quality;
Lead any future investigations to establish whether any claims related to the inspectors’ actions are legitimate.
