Job Description
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance and future planning of the company’s desktop environment .
- Installation & troubleshooting of Domain Controller and A.D, Server 2008-2012, TMG, Exchange server 2013-2016 & DNS Server.
- Install, setup, configure and test a variety of application programs on user workstations at ASIL Plant.
- Consulting with IT support and design departments to ensure that network expansion projects are in line with the company’s plans.
- Assist to identify and resolve application and operating system issues that hinder user productivity.
