Jr HR and RecruitmentExecutive (Female)

We are currently seeking a young and energetic Human Resourceprofessional (Female) for an Executive HR & Talent Acquisition position.The potential candidate will be required to support our growing needs foradministration and management of our human resource & recruitment functionsworking closely with the senior management, supporting the overall mission ofthe organization.

BasicSalary: 20,000 (After3 months of probation 23,000)

Increments: Every Six Months (performance based)

Bonus: Commitment Bonus of 7500 after sixmonths and Annual Bonus every year (as per performance appraisal scores)

JobTimings: 9:00 am to 6:00pmMonday- Wednesday-Thursday-Friday, Tuesday 12:00 to 9:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 1:30 pm (Sunday Closed)

Must be fresh or have 1-2year experience in HR & recruitment field; preference will be given toapplicants with prior international BPO/IT/call center industry experience.
