1.            Job BriefResponsibilities

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack PHP Software Engineerand Architect to maintain existing enterprise applications as well astransition legacy applications to new framework and standards, as well as tobuild out new applications using modern practices, frameworks, andmicro-services architect providing APIs. We will also be investing in newdigital products that you will have the ability to help build from the groundup.

You will be immersed in a fast-paced Design/Developmentenvironment where you will have daily meetings with Stakeholders. We requireindividual who can work alone that hold themselves to the highest of standardsand are willing to challenge the status quo daily.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining existing code,developing new features, as well as contributing innovative solutions andideas. This is full stack position and you must be enjoy coding for both theback and front end.

Towards reaching our business goals we have established asoftware development team in Pakistan, UAE which works very closely with theLondon head office.

2.            Responsibilities

Transform existing application to micro servicesarchitecture Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core productsoftware to optimize, scale, and improve existing code Building unit tests andintegration tests for functional development. Transform manual deployment toautomated deployment process. Ability to work multiple projects, setpriorities, meet deadlines and provide feedback on requirements in an agile environments.Able to lead a diverse team based in different country and time zones.Experience of leading development of large scale / multi-tenant applications.Demonstrated success in continuous integration, automated testing, sourcecontrol, and Azure / other DevOps methodologies Ability to think critically onsoftware and technology research, analysis, and recommendations. Writetechnical as well as non-technical project specifications; record all procedures.Provide new creative solutions and ideas for continued product improvement Passionin writing clean, well-designed code for both front and back end developmentwork Clear communication with stakeholders with daily meetings, and the abilityto collaborate with sprint commitments. Head responsibility to evaluate,document, design, develop and assist application systems alone.

 3.           Requirements

Proven Fluent in PHP full stack development experience andarchitecture Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks(Angular, React, Vue.JS) Expert with OOP, MVC, and commonly used designpatterns Strong API design skills along with experience in designing &consuming RESTful web services.Desire to develop new ideas and learn newtechnologies

4+ years' experience in SQL Experience with unit testing,automated testing, source control tools and continuous integration

Experience with GIT or other version-control systems

Experience in high traffic, fast turnaround enterprisedevelopment is a must

Ready to hit the ground running and to be ready to workimmediately

Education and Experience

BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, orequivalent experience

Minimum 4+ years of high-level software developmentexperience and worked in enterprise applications with front end and backend

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with a remote team

This can be 80% remote with potential visits to the office
