A Business Development Specialist is a professional who is responsible for the growth of the company in terms of company branding and financial growth. To be successful as a BD, you must be familiar with a variety of platforms for business hunt and lead generation. You will be responsible for responding to client queries in a timely manner.
Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's in business or marketing domain or related subject.
Experienced Professional having 1-3 Years of relevant experience.
Exceptional client management, communication, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Research and identify new business opportunities, such as new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, or new ways to reach existing markets through meetings, networking, or any other method.
Approach clients through online platforms using the company profile or company-associated profile.
Develop business plans, proposals, and quotations for prospective clients while keeping the client's and the company's requirements in mind.
Follow up on proposals until they are accepted by the clients or vice versa.
Monitor for new requirements and notify the team/client as needed.
Keep client database up-to-date
Create compelling company content to pitch to the target market.
Understand clients needs and be able to respond effectively with a strategy to convince
them for working with us.
Creating a long-term relationship with existing or new clients.
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential clients.
Timely communicate the updates to the company CEO.
Strong understanding of company work as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
