A Business Development Specialist is a professional who is responsible for the growth of the company in terms of company branding and financial growth. To be successful as a BD, you must be familiar with a variety of platforms for business hunt and lead generation. You will be responsible for responding to client queries in a timely manner.


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's in business or marketing domain or related subject.

  • Experienced Professional having 1-3 Years of relevant experience.

  • Exceptional client management, communication, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


  • Research and identify new business opportunities, such as new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, or new ways to reach existing markets through meetings, networking, or any other method.

  • Approach clients through online platforms using the company profile or company-associated profile.

  • Develop business plans, proposals, and quotations for prospective clients while keeping the client's and the company's requirements in mind.

  • Follow up on proposals until they are accepted by the clients or vice versa.

  • Monitor for new requirements and notify the team/client as needed.

  • Keep client database up-to-date

  • Create compelling company content to pitch to the target market.

  • Understand clients needs and be able to respond effectively with a strategy to convince

  • them for working with us.

  • Creating a long-term relationship with existing or new clients.

  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential clients.

  • Timely communicate the updates to the company CEO.

  • Strong understanding of company work as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
