- Possess goodinterpersonal skills, thereby easily conversing with small business owners toDirectors of medium enterprises.

-Be Fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.

- A basic understanding of Microsoft Word.

- Be able to persuade potential clients to determine whentheir insurance policies expire.

- Have a cheerful personality and be able to work as partof a team.

-Must be able to manage the time and workload without the need for supervision.

- Be able to work towards set targets.

- Previous sales experience is an advantage butnot necessary as full training provided
